Return policy

At BIERKENSTEYN, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following return conditions:

• The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
• All protective plastics must remain intact
• The return must include the original packaging, along with all accessories and accompanying materials

You will receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Once we receive the item and it passes our quality inspection, a refund will be issued as soon as possible via the original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

• Custom-built watches
• Custom-engraved timepieces
• Custom leather straps

These are considered personalized items and are therefore non-refundable.
